基于身边高分子材料的回收、鉴定、加工与性能的实践教学探索

摘要 围绕身边高分子材料回收利用的实践课程教学,对实验课程的教学方法进行了探索和改革。在依托功能高分子与阻燃学科方向的国家级平台资源和科研优势的基础上,将互动式情景教学模式和研究型教学设计相结合。采用成绩评定、教学评价和学生访谈等方法进行了教学效果分析。分析表明:学生充分投入参与到实践教学每一个环节,主动开展团队合作和师生互动;在直观了解高分子材料从回收、鉴定到加工和性能测试等环节的同时,掌握了相关理论知识和实验技能,接触了学科发展前沿技术,增加了对高分子材料的学习兴趣。而且,通过引导学生重视低碳、绿色发展理念,实现了思政教育的自然融合。 Aiming to the recycling practice teaching of polymer materials,the interactive teaching model and the research-oriented practical teaching design has been combined and investigated with the support of national engineering center platform and discipline development superiority on functional polymer and flame retardancy. Grade evaluation,teaching evaluation and student interview has been applied to analyze the teaching effects. The results show that the students have fully devoted themselves to the course learning and shown strong initiative in team cooperation and teacher-student interaction.Not only the aspects of recycling,identification,processing and performances of polymer materials have been visually understood,but also the corresponding theoretical knowledge and experiment skills have been mastered. Furthermore,the students contact the frontier science and technology with a lively interest in polymer science and engineering. Meanwhile,the ideological and political education can be implemented naturally since more attention can be paid to the concepts of low carbon and green development during learning.
