摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever, ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus, ASFV)引起猪的烈性传染病。2018年8月我国首次暴发ASF疫情,由于没有有效的商品化疫苗,导致疫情蔓延至我国各省份。随着疫情的发展,准确、快速的诊断技术成为疫情防控的关键。本文梳理总结了我国ASFV诊断检测技术专利现状,包括ELISA、免疫层析技术等免疫学检测方法和PCR、等温扩增技术、基于CRISPR/Cas系统开发的多种分子生物学检测方法,以期为我国ASF疫病防控及诊断产品的研发提供有价值的参考。
African swine fever(ASF) is a severe infectious disease in pigs caused by the African swine fever virus(ASFV). The first outbreak of ASF occurred in China in August 2018. Due to the absence of an efficacious commercial vaccine, the epidemic spread to all provinces in China. With development of the epidemic, accurate and rapid diagnostic testing has become an important technical means for prevention and control of the epidemic. We wished to provide a reference for ASF control and the development of diagnostic products in China. We summarized the patent status of diagnostic and testing technology of the ASFV in China, including immunological detection methods(e. g., enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays) as well as immunochromatography and molecular-biological detection methods e. g., polymerase chain reaction, isothermal amplification, and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9) system.
