摘要
针对云数据平台采用集中存储数据方式可能存在的数据安全问题,将区块链技术引入轴承实时监测系统的研发。基于轴承实时监测数据结构分析,设计了系统的基本框架;根据轴承运行数据的特点,采用了分级存储模式,即基础数据存储于Mysql数据库中,监测数据存储于区块链中;设计了一种改进式可搜索加密方法,用于在区块链存储监测数据的读写操作。以XJTU-SY轴承数据集为例,进行了实验验证与对比分析,验证了本次研究的存储算法可以解决数据安全问题,且加密技术相较于经典加密算法构建索引以及加密数据的效率提高了260%。
In view of the data security problems that may exist when the cloud data platform adopts the centralized data storage method, the blockchain technology is introduced into the research and development of the bearing real-time monitoring system. Based on the real-time monitoring data structure analysis of the bearing, a basic framework of the design system is designed. According to the characteristics of the bearing operation data, a hierarchical storage mode is adopted. The basic data is stored in the Mysql database, and the monitoring data is stored in the blockchain. An improved searchable encryption method is designed for the read-write operation of the monitoring data stored in the blockchain. Taking the XJTU-SY bearing dataset as an example, experimental verification and comparative analysis were carried out to verify that the storage algorithm can solve the data security problem efficiently. Compared with the classical encryption algorithm, the encryption technology improves the efficiency of indexing and encrypting data by 260%.
