自行车车架的应力仿真分析

摘要 应力分析是产品优化的一个非常重要的领域,结合有限元法进行应力分析,可以快速求解复杂结构的应力分布。使用Abaqus有限元软件基于设定的边界条件对自行车车架进行了应力分析,得到了车架的应力分布和车架变形区域与变形量。结合仿真结果对其进行结构优化,并将其与理论结果进行了比较,得出如下结论:优化后车架的应力远低于所用材料的屈服应力,且变形量也大大减小,使其工作在更安全的区域范围中。 Stress analysis is a very important field of product optimization. Stress analysis combined with finite element method can quickly solve the stress distribution of complex structures. The stress of the bicycle frame is analyzed by using the finite element software Abaqus based on the set boundary conditions, and the stress distribution, deformation region and deformation of the frame are obtained. Combined with the simulation results, the structure is optimized and compared with the theoretical results. The conclusions are as follows: the stress of the optimized frame is much lower than the yield stress of the material used, and the deformation is greatly reduced, making it work in a safer area.
