摘要 为了采集矿井通风系统中主通风机、风机电机和风门等设备的运行参数和状态,实现对通风系统的远程监测和控制,设计了一种基于S7系列PLC的矿井通风系统监测报警系统。该系统通过RS485与现场设备进行数据通信,通过以太网将数据上传至远程监控系统,形成了组网灵活、通信可靠的矿井通风系统监测解决方案。 In order to collect the operating parameters and states of the main ventilator,fan motor,damper and other electrical equipment in the mine ventilation system,and realize the remote monitoring and control of the ventilation system,a monitoring and alarm system for the mine ventilation system based on S7Series PLC is designed.The system communicates with field equipment through RS485and uploads data to the remote monitoring system through Ethernet,forming a monitoring solution for mine ventilation system with flexible networking and reliable communication.
