摘要
设计了一个分选矩阵并给出了对应的监督机制,将缺陷信号行向量和该分选矩阵相乘,直接得出分选结果,解决了偏光片缺陷检测完毕后细化缺陷分类的问题。
A sorting matrix was designed and the corresponding monitoring mechanism was given. The row vector of defect signal was multiplied by the sorting matrix, and the sorting result was obtained directly, which solved the problem of refining the defect classification after the defect detection of polarizer.
