摘要
电信网络诈骗案件已经成为高校第一高发案件.本研究在分析实际工作中处理及网络收集的案件的特点的基础上,认为学生遭受电信网络诈骗的关键原因是网络素养不足,而电信网络诈骗成本低廉且侦破困难、网络虚拟环境、个人信息泄露、青年大学生心智不成熟等是大学生陷入骗局的其他诱因.研究提出高校应借助通识教育、思政课程、虚拟实践等,建立适应大学生教育教学的网络素养培养体系,同时加强多部门协同、建立上下联动的宣教平台等.
Telecommunication-network fraud has become the most common case in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the cases handled in the actual work and collected through the net⁃work,this research believes that the key reason for the telecom-network fraud was the lack of students’network literacy,while the low-cost and difficulty to detect it in network virtual environment,personal information leak⁃age,and the immaturity of young college students are other incentives to fall into the fraud for college students.The research proposes that a network literacy improvement system should be established by general education,ideological and political courses,virtual practice,etc.,and the publicity and education should be strengthened through multi-sectoral collaboration.
