摘要
随着社会生产力的不断提升,人民物质生活水平获得了极大改善,对食品质量安全的要求越来越严格。标准化食品检验检测体系是食品安全的基础保障,基于此本文简要分析了构建食品标准化检验检测体系的重要性和构建策略。首先针对我国食品检验检测现状和体系构建进行分析,其次阐述了其重要性,最后提出针对性的解决措施,主要包括构建食品标准化检验检测体系、建立食品检验检测信息公开机制、提高食品检验检测技术、加强食品检验检测人员队伍建设。旨在进一步完善食品检验检测体系,为保障食品安全工作提供借鉴。
With the continuous improvement of social productivity, people’s material living standards have been greatly improved, with higher requirements for food quality and safety. Food standardization inspection and testing system is the basic guarantee of food safety. Based on this, this paper briefl y analyzes the importance and construction strategies of building a food standardization inspection and testing system. It analyzes the status quo of food inspection and testing and its system in China, expounds its importance, and fi nally puts forward targeted solutions, mainly including constructing food standardization inspection and testing system, establishing food inspection and testing information disclosure mechanism, improving food inspection and testing technology, and strengthening the construction of food inspection and testing personnel. It is expected to further improve the food inspection and testing system and provide reference for ensuring food safety.
