摘要
近年来,我国脊柱外科发展迅猛,在临床医学和基础研究方面已取得突破性进展,特别是在脊柱畸形、退变、肿瘤及微创等领域,部分已处于世界领先地位。重症医学在器官功能支持、围术期监测、并发症处理及危重患者抢救等方面具有独特优势,发挥着不可或缺的重要保障作用。脊柱外科大型手术和复杂操作的增多对围术期的重症管理提出新的挑战。本文就脊柱外科患者的重症管理进行综述,以期为临床提供参考。
In recent years,spinal surgery in China has developed rapidly,and has made breakthroughs in clinical medicine and basic research,especially in the fields of spinal deformity,degeneration,tumor and minimally invasive surgery,and some of them have become world leaders.Critical care medicine has unique advantages in organ function support,perioperative monitoring,the management of complications and the rescue of critically ill patients,and plays an important role.The increase of major operations and complex operations in spinal surgery poses new challenges to critical care management.This article reviews the critical care management of spinal surgery patients so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
