摘要 针对露天煤矿在开采和运输过程中容易产生的煤尘、扬尘等环境污染问题,国能北电胜利能源有限公司(以下简称“胜利煤矿”)创新应用5G通讯技术、机器视觉、大数据分析和无线传感设备等关键技术对露天煤矿环境进行了全要素和全方位监测。介绍了智能环境监测系统的研发背景,详细阐述了涵盖煤火识别预警、扬尘识别预警、多元数据融合监控的智能环境监测系统技术架构,以及图像识别技术、Tensor RT推断加速、Deepstream实时视频流分析等环境监测系统的关键技术。通过在胜利煤矿的实际应用,智能环境监测系统能够实现矿山环境全天候、全方位、全覆盖的自动监管和报警,并且支持各类智能设备的接入,对治理露天采矿过程中的环境污染问题具有重要意义。 In view of the environmental pollution problems such as coal dust and fugitive dust during the mining and transportation of open-pit coal mines, China Energy North Power Shengli Energy Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Shengli Coal Mine") innovatively applies key technologies such as 5G communication technology, machine vision, big data analysis and wireless sensor equipment to carry out total-factor and all-round monitoring of the environment of open-pit coal mines. This paper introduces the research and development background of the intelligent environmental monitoring system, and expounds in detail the technical framework of the intelligent environmental monitoring system covering coal fire identification and early warning, dust identification and early warning, and multiple data fusion monitoring, as well as the key technologies of the system, such as image recognition technology, Tensor RT inference acceleration, Deepstream real-time video stream analysis. Through the practical application in Shengli Coal Mine, the intelligent environmental monitoring system can realize the all-weather, all-directional and all-coverage automatic supervision and alarm of the mine environment with the access of various intelligent equipment, which is of great significance to the treatment of environmental pollution in the process of open-pit mining.
