摘要
从生物信息学具有实践性强的学科实际出发,在高性能服务器、计算机网络教室及雨课堂教学平台等资源的支持下,对真实问题导向的教学模式进行改革与探索。根据生物信息学领域的真实问题设计课程研究项目,开展项目式教学,促使学生在实践中主动掌握知识;开展线上线下混合式教学并进行形成性评价,提升真实问题项目的教学效果,培养学生良好的学习方法。真实问题导向的生物信息学教学改革将显著提高学生的学习兴趣,提升学生的生物信息学综合能力。
Starting from the practical discipline of Bioinformatics,with the support of resources such as high-performance servers,computer network classrooms and rain classroom teaching platforms,the real problem-oriented teaching mode is reformed and explored.We design curriculum research projects based on real problems in the field of Bioinformatics,carry out project-based teaching,and promote students to take the initiative to grasp knowledge in practice.The study carries out online and offline hybrid teaching and formative evaluation,improves the teaching effect of real problem projects,and cultivates students’good learning methods.The practice of real-world problem-oriented Bioinformatics teaching reform has significantly aroused students’interest in learning and enhanced their comprehensive ability in Bioinformatics.
