摘要
针对回采工作面初期瓦斯涌出不稳定、易超限现象,目前多采用与走向高抽岩巷贯通的倾斜穿层钻孔群或倾斜后高抽岩巷对上邻近层瓦斯进行卸压抽放。上述贯通施工方法均存在投入大、周期长、安全风险大等问题。结合大直径钻孔施工效率高、抽放效果好、机械化程度高等优势,采用导向式多级成孔的替代后高抽巷大直径钻孔贯通技术,研制了可实现多角度、全方位施工的ZDY22000LK专用钻机,带有独立起吊功能的BLY500专用泵车,并配套开发了φ510 mm、φ368 mm导向式螺旋扩孔钻头和φ127 mm高强度钻杆等专用钻具。在华阳二矿81203工作面施工1组大直径贯通钻孔成功替代了倾斜后高抽巷,解决了工作面回采初期裂隙带未连通前的瓦斯抽放问题,从而实现工作面安全回采。
In view of the unstable gas gushing out at the early stage of the retrieval working face,which is easy to exceed the limit phenomenon,at present,most of them adopt the tilted through layer drilling group which is connected with the high extraction rock roadway or the tilted back high extraction rock roadway to unload the gas from the upper adjacent layer.All the above penetration construction methods have problems such as large investment,long period and large safety risk.Combined with the high efficiency of large diameter drilling construction,good pumping effect,high mechanization and other advantages,used the guided multi stage drilling large diameter drilling penetration technology to replace rear high pumping roadway,developed a multi angle,all-round-construction ZDY22000LK special drilling rig,with independent lifting function of BLY500 special pump truck,and supporting the development ofφ510 mm,φ368 mm guided auger reaming drill bit andφ127 mm high strength drill pipe and other special drilling tools.The construction of a set of large diameter penetration holes in the Huayang No.2 mine 81203 working face successfully replaced the tilted high extraction roadway,and solved the problem of gas extraction before the early fissure zone is not connected,so as to achieve the safe recovery of the working face.
