摘要
针对煤层气车载钻机电液控方式布线乱、故障多、控制执行偏差大、误动作、操控失灵等问题,进行车载钻机电液控制系统优化设计。系统从两方面出发:一是优化系统通信方式,控制端与控制箱采用无线通信,控制箱与机身传感器、电磁阀采用CAN总线通信,解决布线乱、故障多问题;二是优化控制方法,传感器信号采集方面运用控制器端口滤波方法,钻进控制方面运用比例时线法,解决控制执行偏差大、误动作、操控失灵问题。通过工业性试验,系统安全、高效、稳定运行累计时间2236 h,表明该控制系统可靠性高、实用性强。
Aiming at the problems of disordered wiring,many faults,large control execution deviation,malfunction and control failure for the coalbed methane truck-mounted drilling rig,the design of electro-hydraulic control system for truck-mounted rigs was optimized.The system starts from two aspects:one was to optimize the system communication method to solve the problem of disordered wiring and multiple faults,the wireless communication was used between terminal and the control box,the CAN bus communication was used between control box and sensor and solenoid valve.The second was to optimize the control method to solve the problems of large deviation of control execution,malfunction and control failure,the filtering method of controller port was used in sensor signal acquisition,the proportional time line method was used in terms of drilling control.Through the industrial test,the system was run safely,efficiently and stably for 2236 hours,which showed that the control system had high reliability and strong practicability.
