摘要
煤矿智能化建设是我国实现“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的有效途径。研究了近5 a煤矿智能化建设的探索与实践情况,以屯宝煤矿为工程背景,阐述了该煤矿智能化建设成果——综合智能监控平台。该平台包含煤流生产、生产保障、矿井供电、采掘自动化四大板块,阶段性完成了万兆环网、矿井供电、排水、压风和制氮等子系统的智能化建设。该万兆环网系统为智能设备远程监控和数据传输提供保障;数据处理中心拥有自主学习、自主决策的能力;生产重要环节实现了无人值守和远程操作。该平台的建设以机械化换人、自动化减人为手段,达到了少人则安、无人则安的目标。
Intelligent construction of coal mines is an effective way to achieve "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" in China. Studied the exploration and practice of intelligent construction in coal mines in the past five years, took Tunbao coal mine as the background of the project, and described the intelligent construction achievements of this coal mine, which is the integrated intelligent monitoring platform. The platform contains four major sections: coal flow production, production security, mine power supply and mining automation. The intelligent constructions of 10 Gigabit ring network, mine power supply, drainage, air pressure and nitrogen production subsystems were completed in stages. The10 Gigabit ring network system guarantees the remote monitoring and data transmission for intelligent equipment;the data processing center has the ability of independent learning and independent decision making;the important parts of production are unattended and remote operation. The construction of this platform has achieved the goal of safety with less people and safety with no people by means of mechanization for human replacement and automation for human reduction.
