摘要
空间站工程推动了我国载人航天器安全性、可靠性、维修性技术的长足发展,形成了围绕保证航天员安全、航天器平台可靠、在轨运行长寿命的安全性、可靠性、维修性一体设计技术体系。文章结合载人航天“三步走”发展战略,总结了在神舟飞船、空间实验室和空间站项目中,安全性、可靠性和维修性的工程实践,论述了在安全性、可靠性、维修性一体设计、在轨可维修性设计与验证、多任务阶段可靠性验证与评估方面的技术突破,梳理了载人航天器安全性、可靠性、维修性工作的重点研究方向和关键技术。
The rapid development of manned spacecraft safety, reliability, maintainability technology has been promoted in China Space Station Program, and integrated design system of satety, reliability and maintainability has been established. Based on the three-phase developing strategy for manned spaceflight, practice of safety, reliability and maintainability in Shenzhou spacecraft, space lab and space station is reviewed. Meanwhile, technical breakthrough in integrated design, design and verification of on-orbit maintenance, verification and evaluation of multitasking stage has been discussed. Finally, the key research directions and key technologies are summarized.
