摘要
目的:观察强脉冲光(Intense pulsed light,IPL)联合0.1%他克莫司软膏外用治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法:选择2019年2月-2021年2月笔者医院就诊的100例红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮(Erythema telangiectasia rosacea,ETR)患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗)50例,观察组(IPL联合0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗)50例,比较两组患者治疗效果,记录两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善程度、皮肤红斑指数(Erythema index,EI)、经皮水分丢失(Transepidermal waterloss,TEWL)、角质层含水量及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组总有效率64.00%,观察组总有效率84.00%,对照组无效5例,观察组仅1例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组红斑、丘疹脓疱、瘙痒、毛细血管扩张评分低于对照组,角质层水含量高于对照组,TEWL、EI低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生不良反应患者13例(26.00%)、对照组15例(30.00%),治疗后两组均出现短暂红斑和疼痛,并于2 d内自行消退。结论:0.1%他克莫司软膏联合IPL治疗ETR效果较好,可明显改善面部皮损、促进皮肤屏障功能修复,无明显不良反应,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the efficacy of IPL combined with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of rosacea.Methods From February 2019 to February 2021,100 patients with ETR were selected as the research objects,50 patients with random digital tables(0.1%Tac Moss Ointment),50 cases of observation group(IPL combined with 0.1%Tam Moss ointment),The treatment effects of the two groups were compared;the improvement of clinical symptoms,erythema index(EI),transdermal water loss(TEWL),water content of stratum corneum and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 64.00%in the control group and 84.00%in the observation group.There were 5 invalid patients in the control group and only 1 invalid patient in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of erythema,papule,pustule,pruritus and telangiectasia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the water content in the stratum corneum was higher than that in the control group,and the TEWL and EI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 13patients(26.00%)with adverse reactions in the observation group and 15 patients(30.00%)in the control group.After treatment,all patients had transient erythema and pain,which subsided within 2 days.Conclusion 0.1%tacrolimus ointment combined with IPL has good effect in the treatment of ETR,which can significantly improve facial skin lesions,promote the repair of skin barrier function,without obvious adverse reactions,and has certain clinical application value.
