摘要
介绍了河北省唐山钢铁集团有限责任公司进厂物料的多功能智能制样系统的组成和各单元工作流程。该系统首次将铁矿石、溶剂料、煤、焦炭等多种物料的破碎、缩分、制样、水分检测、粒度检测、数据上传等功能集成于一套系统之中,具有集成度高,功能全面,占用空间小的优点。系统的整个制样、粒度、水分检测过程符合国家标准要求的同时,也保证了制样过程的公开透明,并杜绝了人工对检测过程的干预。
The composition and work flow of each unit of the multifunctional intelligent sample preparation system for incoming materials of Hebei Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.are introduced.For the first time,the system integrates the functions of crushing,shrinkage,sample preparation,moisture detection,particle size detection and data upload of various materials such as iron ore,solvent material,coal and coke into a set of system.It has the advantages of high integration,comprehensive functions and small space occupation.While the whole sample preparation,particle size and moisture detection process of the system meets the requirements of national standards,it also ensures the openness and transparency of the sample preparation process and eliminates manual intervention in the detection processl.
