基于应变监测与数值分析的梁桥腹板应力研究

摘要 建立预应力混凝土箱梁桥的应力实时响应与监测系统,对于保障桥梁的安全稳定性具有重要价值。以三片直角形应变花作为现场监测手段,通过确立梁桥腹板应变片的合理布设方案,使用Zigbee网络获得了应力的实时观测数据,形成了“设计阶段介入—施工阶段监控—运营阶段反馈”的梁腹板应力监控体系。基于MIDAS软件的应力监测结果分析,将梁桥腹板几个关键部位的应力实测值与模拟值相对比,验证了应力监控体系的合理性,为行业中同类桥梁的提供了参考思路。 The establishment of the stress real-time response and monitoring system of prestressed concrete box girder bridge is of great value to ensure the safety and stability of the bridge.Taking three rectangular strain flowers as the field monitoring means,by establishing the reasonable arrangement scheme of strain gauge on the web of girder bridge.Zigbee network was used to obtain real-time observation data of stress,forming a beam web stress monitoring system of“intervention in design stage,monitoring in construction stage and feedback in operation stage”.Based on the analysis of stress monitoring results of Midas software,the measured stress values of several key parts of the girder bridge web are compared with the simulated stress values,which verifies the rationality of the stress monitoring system and provides a reference for similar bridges.
