摘要
目的探析对伴有胃溃疡的糖尿病患者实施饮食护理的效果。方法纳入三明市中西医结合医院骨伤科2020年3月—2021年12月收治的伴有胃溃疡的糖尿病患者60例进行研究。患者随机分成两组,每组30例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理上增加饮食护理。就两组护理前后的血糖指标、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、遵医行为及生活质量评分进行对比分析。结果护理后,观察组FBG(6.44±0.63)mmol/L、2hPG(9.68±0.95)mmol/L、HbA1c(6.77±0.58)%,与对照组相比显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的VAS评分、PSQI评分分别为(0.67±0.07)分、(8.68±0.85)分,优于对照组,饮食控制方面的遵医行为评分(4.35±0.48)分明显好于对照组(2.49±0.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组遵医用药方面评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组生理状态和心理状态评分分别为(81.03±7.69)分和(79.05±8.21)分,相比对照组升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病伴胃溃疡患者实施饮食护理效果显著,对控制血糖及胃溃疡愈合具有重要的辅助作用,能够提升患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing dietary care for diabetic patients with gastric ulcers.Methods Sixty diabetic patients with gastric ulcer admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Sanming Hospital of Integrative Medicine from March 2020 to December 2021 were included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 patients in each group,the control group performed conventional care and the observation group added diet care to conventional care.The blood glucose index,pain level,sleep quality,compliance behavior and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after care.Results The FBG(6.44±0.63)mmol/L,2 h PG(9.68±0.95)mmol/L and Hb A1c(6.77±0.58)%in the observation group were significantly lower the control group after care,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and PSQI score of the observation group after care were(0.67±0.07)points and(8.68±0.85)points,respectively,which were better than those in the control group,the compliance behavior score in terms of dietary control win the observation group(4.35±0.48)points as significantly better than that in the control group(2.49±0.36)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of compliance with medication(P>0.05).When comparing the results of GQOLI-74 scores After care in both groups,the scores of physiological state and psychological state in the observation group were(81.03±7.69)points and(79.05±8.21)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of dietary care for patients with diabetes mellitus with gastric ulcer was significant.It has an important auxiliary effect on blood glucose control and gastric ulcer healing,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
