带孔金属骨针联合钛缆张力带内固定治疗内踝骨折的效果 被引量:1

Efficacy of perforated metal bone pins combined with titanium cable tension band internal fixation on medial malleolus fractures

摘要 目的 分析带孔金属骨针联合钛缆张力带内固定(以下简称“联合固定”)治疗内踝骨折的效果。方法 选取南阳市中心医院2019年3月至2021年1月收治的77例内踝骨折患者作为研究对象,依照手术方法不同分为两组。对照组38例接受克氏针钢丝张力带治疗,观察组39例接受联合固定治疗。比较两组围术期情况、踝关节功能、并发症情况。结果 两组手术及愈合时间、切口大小、术中失血量比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月,两组Kofoed评分中疼痛、活动度、功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.56%(1/39),对照组为21.05%(8/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 联合固定治疗内踝骨折,能有效改善踝关节功能,减少并发症。 Objective To analyze the effect of perforated metal bone pin combined with titanium cable tension band internal fixation(hereinafter referred to as "combined fixation") on medial malleolus fractures. Methods A total of 77 patients with medial malleolus fractures(from March 2019 to January 2021) in Nanyang Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects, and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods. The 38 cases in the control group received Kirschner wire tension band therapy, and the 39 cases in the observation group received combined fixation therapy. The perioperative conditions, ankle function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the operation and healing time, incision size, and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05). Three months after operation, the Kofoed scores in the two groups increased in pain, range of motion, and function scores. Compared with the control group, the indexes in the observation group were higher(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group were 2.56% and 21.05%, respectively, there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions Combined fixation for medial malleolus fractures can effectively improve ankle function and reduce complications.
