摘要
本研究应用液相色谱串联高分辨质谱技术,对压片糖果样品中新型非法添加那非类化合物进行了靶向/非靶向筛查研究。研究利用非法添加数据库进行靶向筛查,确定了压片糖果中非法添加了那非乙酰酸;然后利用非靶向筛查技术方案,成功筛查并确证了2个新型的非法添加那非类化合物,并对其结构式和质谱裂解途径进行分析。本研究不仅发掘了食品中可能违法添加的那非类物质种类,使用的技术方案可为新型非法添加物质的筛查和确证提供一定的技术参考。
In this study, a liquid chromatography tandem high resolution mass spectrometry was used to the screening and confirmation of new illegal added PDE-5 compounds in pressed candies. By utilizing the illegal addition database, the naphthenic acid was screened and confirmed in the pressed candy. Then two new illegally added PDE-5 compounds were successfully screened and confirmed by using the non-targeted screening technology, and the structural formula and mass spectrum fragmentation pathway of the compounds were analyzed. This study not only expand the kind of the PDE-5 compounds that may be illegally added to food,but also can provide a technical reference for screening and confirmation of new illegal added substances.
