摘要
本文采用“一企一管”污水收集方案对化工集中区现状排水系统进行升级改造设计。通过综合比选,合理确定主管廊布置方案,然后进行公共管廊总体布置方案设计。为加强对集中区化工企业污水排放的监管,配套建设集水池和监控室,安装在线监测仪表,实现对水量水质监测及自动控制。项目建成后,可有效解决企业污水排放问题及监管难题,保障污水厂的正常运行,并有效改善园区环境质量。
In this paper, “one plant one pipe management” wastewater collection scheme is adopted to upgrade and transform the current drainage system in the chemical industry concentration area. Through comprehensive comparison, reasonable determination of the main pipe rack layout scheme, and then carry on the public pipe rack overall layout scheme design.. In order to strengthen the supervision of wastewater discharge of chemical enterprises in chemical industry concentration area, supporting the construction of water collection pool and monitoring room, installation of online monitoring instruments, to achieve water quality monitoring and automatic control. After completion of the project, it can effectively solve the problem of wastewater discharge and supervision of enterprises, ensure the normal operation of wastewater treatment plant, and effectively improve the environmental quality in the chemical industry concentration area.
