摘要
目的:探讨通关藤注射液对恶性肿瘤化疗患者血小板的临床作用和安全性。方法:回顾性选取2020年1月至2021年12月蚌埠市第三人民医院诊断为肿瘤的并有化疗史的患者,其中使用通关藤注射液(观察组)935例,未使用通关藤注射液(对照组)1 433例,并对2组进行倾向性评分匹配(PSM)。比较匹配后2组治疗后血小板相关指标与不良反应情况。结果:经倾向性评分匹配后,对照组和观察组各纳入273例患者。治疗后,对照组血小板计数(PLT)为(157.06±51.33)×10^(9)L^(-1),观察组为(179.12±48.93)×10^(9)L^(-1);对照组平均血小板体积(MPV)为(8.66±1.45)×10^(9)L^(-1),观察组为(9.28±1.41)×10^(9)L^(-1),2组的PLT与MPV指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在白细胞减少,血小板减少和恶心呕吐的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:通关藤注射液可以提高恶性肿瘤患者化疗后血小板的数量与质量,降低不良反应的发生率,临床作用值得进一步发掘。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Tongguanteng injection on platelets in patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy.METHODS The chemotherapy patients diagnosed as tumors in Bengbu Third People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected retrospectively, including 935 patients treated with Tongguanteng injection(observation group) and 1 433 patients not treated with Tongguanteng injection(control group). The platelet related indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.RESULTS After propensity score matching, 273 patients were included in the control group and the observation group, respectively. After treatment, the platelet count(PLT) of the control group was(157.06±51.33)×10^(9) L^(-1), and that of the observation group was(179.12±48.93)×10^(9) L^(-1). The mean platelet volume(MPV) of the control group was(8.66±1.45)×10^(9) L^(-1), that of the observation group was(9.28±1.41)×10^(-9)L^(-1), and there was a statistical difference in PLT and MPV indexes between the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.CONCLUSION Tongguanteng injection can improve the quantity and quality of platelets in patients with malignant tumors after chemotherapy, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and its clinical effect deserves further exploration.
