摘要
为进一步降低生鲜电商前置仓冷链物流断链风险,建立基于“人-物-管-机-技-环”的生鲜电商前置仓冷链物流断链风险影响因素体系,并通过有机整合决策实验室分析(DEMATEL)、解释结构模型(ISM)和网络层次分析(ANP)三种方法,建立生鲜电商前置仓冷链物流断链风险影响因素的多层递阶网络结构模型,研究影响因素的因果属性、层次网络结构和权重。结果表明:冷链监测实时化是唯一权重较大的驱动层结果因素,其影响生鲜商品在途损耗、生鲜商品出仓质量检测标准化等因素,同时受政策环境、员工素质和操作能力、管理层冷链风险意识等因素的影响显著,且后3个因素是关键的驱动层原因因素。该研究挖掘出12个权重较大的生鲜电商前置仓冷链物流断链风险影响因素,并剖析了影响因素间的层次网络结构及因果属性,可为生鲜电商企业前置仓冷链物流断链风险管控提供理论依据。
To further reduce disruption risk of cold chain logistics in the industry of fresh food e-commerce with pre-warehouse, this paper establishes the influencing factors system by integrating decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL),interpretative structural model(ISM) and analytic network process(ANP) methods and establishes the multi-hierarchical structure model of inflnencing factors of distaption risk in cold chain logistics of fresh food e-comnerce enterprises with pre-warehouse to study the causal attributes, hierarchical structure and weights of the influencing factors. The results show that real time monitoring level of cold chain logistics, as the result factor in the driver level, affects the loss of fresh goods in transportation, and the level of standardization of fresh goods quality inspection in the process of warehouse-out, and it is significantly affected by the policy environment, staff’s quality and operational ability, and the awareness of enterprise management in risk management of cold chain logistics which are crucial as cause factors in the driver level.This study extracted 12 factors with relatively high weight values from 24 factors, and analyzed the hierarchical network structure and the causal attributes of factors, providing insights for fresh food e-commerce enterprises with pre-warehouse to control disruption risk in cold chain logistics.
