苏州市吴中区森林防火基础设施建设情况调查及建议 被引量:2

摘要 为更好保护森林生态资源,以苏州市吴中区森林防火基础设施发展现状为研究对象,通过开发调查软件,依托2019年国土遥感影像,成立专班实施调查,建成基础设施数据库。经对数据进行分析,结果显示:1)吴中区基础设施建设水平处于全国前列,建成防火通道222.78 km,路网密度14.46 m/hm^(2),柏油或水泥硬化道路占比71.86%,有效提高防火车辆通行便捷性;2)消防水池338座,钢筋混凝土结构占比76.92%,100-200 t吨位占比56.51%,便于森林火灾的实时扑救;3)视频监控53座,有线传输占比81.13%,电网供电占比88.68%,能够实时稳定监控林区火情;4)护林宣传设施以护林房和检查站为主,木结构和彩钢瓦占比79%,通过传统加创新的形式促使森林防火宣传深入人心。总体而言,吴中区基础设施发展符合森林防火需要,对吴中区森林火灾风险评估和区划,以及提升吴中区森林防火工作具有指导意义,也能为全国森林防火基础雌规划起到借鉴作用。 In order to better protect forest ecological resources,taking the development status of forest fire prevention infrastructure in Wuzhong District of Suzhou as the research object,through the development of investigation software and relying on the land remote sensing images of 2019,a special class was established to carry out investigation and build an infrastructure database.According to the analysis,the results showed that:1)infrastructure construction level of Wuzhong District is in the forefront of the country,with 222.78 km of fire path,14.46 m/hm^(2) of road network density and 71.86%of asphalt or cement hardened roads,improving the traffic convenience of fire-proof vehicles effectively;2)338 fire pools,with reinforced concrete structure accounting for 76.92%and 100~200 t tonnage accounting for 56.51%,are convenient for real-time forest fire fighting;3)There are 53 video surveillance stations,with wired transmission accounting for 81.13%and power grid power supply accounting for 88.68%,which can monitor the forest fire in real time and stably;4)Forest protection publicity facilities are mainly forest protection houses and checkpoints,with wood structures and colored steel tiles accounting for 79%.Forest fire prevention publicity is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people through traditional and innovative fbnns.In general,the development of infrastructure in Wuzhong District are in accord with the needs of forest fire prevention,which has essential guiding significance of the forest fire risk assessment,zoning,and improving forest fire prevention in Wuzhong District.It can also serve as a reference for the national forest fire prevention infrastructure planning.
