摘要
针对该产品两端曲面弧度较大,其两端内侧有倒扣,两外侧面有较多小扣位,设计了一副大型顺序阀控制的热流道注塑模具。模具注射系统采用热流道做主流道,每个产品设计7个顺序阀热嘴配合隐蔽的搭底进胶方式,可确保产品均衡的填充性及外观质量,解决产品正面不留浇口痕迹的问题。设计开模同步顶出机构配合大斜顶抽芯结构、大斜顶内拉块脱模机构、大斜顶内小斜顶拉板抽芯脱模机构、小斜顶内滑块抽芯机构和直顶斜抽芯机构,解决产品前模倒扣、后模倒扣、侧面不同方向的倒扣脱模问题。整个脱模过程分三次顶出,通过油缸顺序控制完成整套模具的顶出过程,成功避免黏模、脱伤等问题。
In view of the large curved surface at both ends of the product, the inverted buckles on the inside of both ends and the small buckles on the two outer sides, a pair of hot runner injection molds controlled by a large sequence valve was designed. The mold injection system adopts hot runner as the main channel, and each product is designed with 7 sequential valve hot nozzles with concealed bottom feeding method, which can ensure the balanced filling and appearance quality of the product and solve the problem of leaving no gate marks on the front of the product. The mold opening synchronous ejection mechanism is designed with the large inclined top core pulling structure, the large inclined roof inner pull block demolding mechanism, the large inclined roof inner small inclined roof pulling plate core pulling mechanism, the small inclined roof inner slider core pulling mechanism and the straight top oblique core pulling mechanism, which solves the problems of inverted buckle in different directions of the front mold, rear mold and side of the product. The whole demoulding process is divided into three times of ejecting, through the cylinder sequence control to complete the whole set of mold ejecting process, successfully avoid the sticking, demolding and other problems.
