摘要
通球过程利用氮气推动皮碗球,将管道内的汽油或柴油输送至储罐,是连接码头与厂区完成油品运输的有效手段。皮碗球是通球过程中的重要设备,在管道清理操作中也可作为清管器使用。皮碗球的速度决定着通球过程的效率和安全性,受到后方气体的推力,管壁的摩擦阻力和前方液体的阻力等因素的共同影响,皮碗球在管道中的运动是一个复杂的运动过程。本文对近10年通球过程皮碗球运动机理研究进行综述,理论研究部分给出了气体速度,皮碗球速度和阻力的计算公式,实验研究部分介绍了旁通率对通球效率的影响,模拟研究部分介绍了通球过程中管道内的流场情况。研究结果为相关企业设计效率高,经济性好的通球清管过程提供参考。同时发现,利用数值模拟方法解决工业生产中的复杂问题具有广阔前景。
The ball passing process uses nitrogen to push the cup ball to deliver the gasoline or diesel in the pipeline to the storage tank.It is an effective means to connect the wharf and the factory to complete the transportation of oil products. The ball is an important equipment in the process of passing the ball, and it can also be used as a pig in the pipeline cleaning operation. The speed of the bowl ball determines the efficiency and safety of the passing process. Affected by the thrust of the gas behind, the frictional resistance of the pipe wall and the resistance of the liquid in the front, the movement of the ball in the pipe is a complex movement process. In this paper,the research on the movement mechanism of the ball during the passing process in the past 10 years was summarized. In the theoretical part, the calculation formulas of gas velocity, cup ball velocity and resistance were given;in the experimental part, the influence of bypass rate on ball passing efficiency was introduced;and in the simulation part, the flow field in the pipeline during ball passing was introduced. The research results can provide some reference for related enterprises to design high efficiency and good economy pigging process. At the same time, it is found that the numerical simulation method has broad prospects for solving complex problems in industrial production.
