摘要
以端乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油及羟基硅油为基体树脂,气相法白炭黑为补强填料,氢氧化铝为阻燃剂,铂络合物为催化剂,乙炔基环己醇为抑制剂制备的硅橡胶泡沫材料,对其氧指数、垂直燃烧、力学性能、密度进行测试。研究结果表明,随着氢氧化铝用量的增加,硅橡胶泡沫材料的阻燃性能提升,但密度也随之增大,拉伸强度呈现先上升后下降趋势,当氢氧化铝添加量为30%时,硅橡胶泡沫材料综合性能最佳。
The silicone rubber foam material prepared with vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil and hydroxy silicone oil as matrix resin, fumed silica as reinforcing filler, aluminum hydroxide as flame retardant, platinum complex as catalyst and ethynyl cyclohexanol as inhibitor was tested for its oxygen index, vertical combustion, mechanical properties and density. The results showed that with the increase of aluminum hydroxide, the flame retardant performance of silicone rubber foam material increases, but the density also increases, and the tensile strength showed a trend of first rising and then decreasing, when the amount of aluminum hydroxide was 30%, the comprehensive performance of silicone rubber foam material was the best.
