摘要
针对采用固定速比的电动汽车动力性及经济性不佳的问题,将原有的单挡传动替换成两挡传动并修改相应的换挡策略。首先,完成电机、电池以及传动比的初步匹配;其次,通过NSGA-Ⅱ算法优化传动比参数;最后基于ADVISOR汽车仿真软件,在CYC_NEDC循环工况下进行对比分析以验证两档速比的优势。仿真结果表明:两档速比的续驶里程大于固定速比,且优化后的续驶里程相比优化前增加了3.04km;电池受到的电流冲击减小1A;两档速比的电机能更好地工作在高效率区域。
Aiming at the poor power and economy of electric vehicles with fixed speed ratio,the original single gear transmission is replaced by two gear transmission and the corresponding shift strategy is modified.Firstly,the initial matching of the motor,battery and transmission ratio is completed according to the basic parameters of the whole vehicle;Secondly,the transmission ratio parameters are optimized by NSGA-II algorithm;Finally,based on ADVISOR automobile simulation software,comparative analysis is carried out under CYC_NEDC cycle conditions to verify the advantages of two speed ratios.The simulation results show that the driving range of the two speed ratios is larger than the fixed speed ratio,and the optimized driving range is increased by 3.04km;compared with that before optimization.The current impact on the battery is reduced by 3A;the motor with two speed ratios can work better in the high efficiency area.
