摘要
胸主动脉支架在植入病变部位时受到血管形状的限制,长期处于弯曲等大变形作用中,其力学性能的优劣直接影响治疗效果。为分析几何形状对胸主动脉支架力学性能的影响,本研究利用AutoCAD和Solidworks软件建立胸主动脉支架模型,利用Abaqus软件对不同支撑体高度(H)、支撑体个数(N)和截面尺寸(L)的胸主动脉支架的柔顺性、变形行为进行数值模拟比较。结果显示,随着支架截面的增大支架的柔顺性变差;随着截面尺寸的增大压握支架的最大等效应力和弹性应变增大;随着截面尺寸的增加支架的轴向伸长率减小。在进行胸主动脉的设计时,有必要从以上方面入手,综合考虑制定参数方案。
The thoracic aortic stent is limited by the shape of the blood vessels when implanted in the lesion and is subjected to large deformation such as bending for a long period of time,so the quality of its mechanical properties directly affects the treatment effect.In order to analyze the influence of geometry on the mechanical properties of thoracic aortic stents,this paper established a thoracic aortic stent model using AutoCAD and Solidworks software,and compared the flexibility and deformation behavior of thoracic aortic stents with different support heights(H),number of supports(N)and cross-sectional dimensions(L)by numerical simulation using Abaqus software.The results showed that the stent flexibility deteriorated as the stent cross-sectional size increased;the maximum equivalent force and elastic strain of the compression-grip stent increased as the cross-sectional size increased;the axial elongation of the stent decreased as the cross-sectional size increased.In the design of the thoracic aorta,it is necessary to consider the above aspects and formulate a comprehensive parameter plan.
