摘要
探讨聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)与纳米SiO_(2)联合整理棉织物的可行性及应用效果。制备SiO_(2)/PDMS涂层溶液,将棉织物浸入其中制备SiO_(2)/PDMS@棉织物,观察不同质量分数SiO_(2)整理所得织物的微观形貌,测试织物的耐酸碱性、耐摩擦性、自清洁性和油水分离性。试验表明:PDMS与纳米SiO_(2)联合整理棉织物的水接触角能达到165.3°±3.7°;SiO_(2)的理想质量分数为5%;整理所得超疏水棉织物具有很好的化学稳定性和机械稳定性,在极端条件下对水能展现出稳定的超疏水能力,对油水混合物的分离效率保持在99.0%以上,且自清洁性能良好。认为:SiO_(2)/PDMS涂层赋予了棉织物优异的超疏水性。
The feasibility and application effect of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) and nano-SiO_(2)in combined finishing on cotton fabrics were discussed.SiO_(2)/PDMS coating solution was prepared.Cotton fabric was immersed in it to prepare the SiO_(2)/PDMS@cotton fabric. The microscopic morphology of fabrics treated by different mass fractions of SiO_(2)was observed.The acid and alkali resistance,friction resistance,self-cleaning property and oil-water separation of the fabrics were tested.The tests demonstrated that the water contact angle of cotton fabric finished by PDMS together with SiO_(2)could be reached 165.3° ±3.7°. The ideal mass fraction of SiO_(2)was 5%. The finished superhydrophobic cotton fabric possessed excellent chemical and mechanical stability,which could show stable superhydrophobicity under extreme conditions.The separation efficiency for water-oil mixture was above 99.0%,the self-cleaning property was better. It is considered that the SiO_(2)/PDMS coating gives cotton fabric excellent superhydrophobicity.
