摘要
目的探究多元化健康教育结合快速康复外科护理模式在脊柱骨折患者微创术后康复中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年12月于山东大学齐鲁医院骨科行微创手术的89例脊柱骨折患者的资料,按其干预方式的不同划分成观察组和对照组。对照组45例患者开展快速康复外科护理,观察组44例患者以快速康复外科护理为基础开展多元化健康教育。对2组患者的术后康复时间、疾病知识掌握水平、并发症、康复效率和生活质量进行对比分析。结果观察组的术后持续疼痛时间、术后输液时间及住院治疗时间均短于对照组,术后首次下床早于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组在出院时的脊柱骨折知识、骨折微创手术知识、术后康复要点和自我护理方式评分均较对照组更高(P均<0.05)。观察组的康复效率较对照组更高,并发症总发生率较对照组更低(P均<0.05)。2组在出院6个月后的生活质量量表得分均较出院时升高(P均<0.05),且观察组的各方面评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育结合快速康复外科护理模式不仅可减少并发症的发生,加快康复进程,还对提升患者的疾病知识掌握水平和生活质量也均有积极效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified health education combined with fast-track surgery nursing model in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients after minimally invasive surgery for spinal fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 89 spinal fracture patients who underwent minimally invasive surgery in the Department of Orthopedics at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2020 to December 2021.They were allocated into observation and control groups according to different intervention methods.The 45 patients in the control group were given fast-track surgery nursing,and the 44 patients in the observation group were given diversified health education based on the fast-track surgery nursing.The postoperative recovery time,mastery of disease knowledge,complications,rehabilitation efficiency,quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The duration of postoperative pain,postoperative infusion time,hospitalization time,and time to first ambulation of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of spinal fracture knowledge,minimally invasive surgery knowledge,postoperative rehabilitation points,and self-care methods of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The rehabilitation efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05).The scores of the quality of life scale in the two groups at 6 months after discharge were higher than those at discharge(all P<0.05),and the scores of all items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education combined with fast-track surgery nursing model can not only reduce the complications,accelerate the rehabilitation process,but also improve the disease knowledge level and quality of life of patients.
