摘要
知识产权实力是经济竞争力的核心要素。我国照明行业专利布局晚于欧美等发达国家,早期力量相对薄弱,这与行业发展密切相关。随着全球照明产业的转移,我国逐渐成为照明产品生产大国,出口大国,科技实力与日俱增,专利权得到行业广泛关注,目前我国已成为全球照明专利申请累计数量最多的国家。本文围绕照明行业发明及实用新型专利的申请趋势、地域分布、技术特点等进行分析,阐述我国照明领域相关专利的布局情况。
Intellectual property strength is the core element of economic competitiveness.The patent layout of Chinese lighting industry is later than that of Europe and America and other developed countries,and the early strength is relatively weak,which is closely related to the development of the industry.With the transfer of global lighting industry,China has gradually become a great power of lighting production and exporting,and the scientific and technological strength is increasing.Nowadays China has become the country with largest number of lighting patent application in the world.Based on the analysis of the application trend,regional distribution and technical characteristics of invention and utility model patents in the lighting industry,this paper expounds the distribution of relevant patents in the field of lighting.
