摘要
中性粒细胞(polymorphonuclear leukocytes,PMN)作为天然免疫系统抵御入侵微生物的第一道防线,当病原入侵机体时,最先迁移到感染部位,并通过吞噬、脱颗粒和分泌抗菌因子、产生活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)及释放中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)发挥其抗炎作用[1]。在保护宿主不受病原体侵害的同时,PMN不可避免的会损伤到宿主的细胞和组织,启动炎症和免疫反应,直接导致组织损伤和慢性炎症的进展[2]。
