摘要
目的分析百日咳患儿血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和体液免疫指标水平。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月杭州市儿童医院收治的百日咳患儿100例为观察组,同期进行健康体检的儿童100例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α水平,采用快速免疫透射比浊法检测体液免疫指标,包括免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3及补体C4。比较两组受试者血清IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α及体液免疫指标水平。分析受试者发生百日咳的影响因素。结果观察组血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α水平分别为(110.68±18.67)pg/ml、(16.33±6.12)ng/ml及(58.24±18.35)ng/ml,对照组血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α水平分别为(52.49±12.75)pg/ml、(9.31±3.35)ng/ml及(38.16±12.97)ng/ml,观察组患儿血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=25.738,10.062,8.936,均P<0.05)。观察组患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3及补体C4水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。二元logistic回归分析结果显示:血清IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α、IgM、补体C3及补体C4是受试者发生百日咳的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论相比健康受试者,观察组患儿血清IL-17、IL-6及TNF-α水平均显著升高,血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3及补体C4水平均显著降低,且血清IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α、IgM、补体C3及补体C4是受试者发生百日咳的独立影响因素。
Objective To analyze the levels of serum interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and humoral immunity indexes in children with pertussis.Methods A total of 100 children with pertussis were selected from Hangzhou Children's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 as observation group,100 children undergoing healthy physical examination were selected as control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the levels of serum IL-17,IL-6,and TNF-α,rapid immune transmission turbidimetry was used to detect humoral immunity indexes,including immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),complement C3,and complement C4.The levels of serum IL-17,IL-6,TNF-α,and humoral immunity indexes in the two groups were compared.The influencing factors of pertussis in children were analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL-17,IL-6,and TNF-αin observation group were(110.68±18.67)pg/ml,(16.33±6.12)ng/ml,and(58.24±18.35)ng/ml,respectively;the levels of serum IL-17,IL-6,and TNF-αin control group were(52.49±12.75)pg/ml,(9.31±3.35)ng/ml,and(38.16±12.97)ng/ml,respectively.The levels of serum IL-17,IL-6,and TNF-αin observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(t=25.738,10.062,8.936,all P<0.05).The levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,complement C3,and complement C4 in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that serum IL-17,IL-6,TNF-α,IgM,complement C3,and complement C4 were independent influencing factors of pertussis in children(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy children,the levels of serum IL-17,IL-6,and TNF-αin children in observation group increase significantly,and the levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM,complement C3,and complement C4 decrease significantly.In addition,serum IL-17,IL-6,TNF-α,IgM,complement C3,and complement C4 are independent influencing factors of pertussis in children.
