摘要
目的探讨急诊护士在急救妇科急腹症患者期间运用护患沟通技巧的效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年6月临沂市精神卫生中心急诊收治95例妇科急腹症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(48例)与对照组(47例)。对照组予以常规急诊模式护理,观察组运用护患沟通技巧开展急诊护理,比较两组的分诊、确诊、手术准备及观察时间。患者病情稳定后进行急救护理工作满意度评估。结果观察组的分诊、确诊、手术准备及观察时间均短于对照组,对急诊护理服务各方面满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊护士在急救妇科急腹症患者期间运用护患沟通技巧便于更准确地掌握患者病情,缩短急救各环节用时,同时提高患者满意度,值得应用推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-patient communication skills of nurses of emergency room in gynecological acute abdomen patients.Methods A total of 95 patients with gynecological acute abdomen admitted to the Department of Emergency of Linyi Mental Health Center from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(47 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine emergency care,while the observation group received emergency care with nurse-patient communication skills.The triage,diagnosis,surgical preparation and observation time of the two groups were compared.After the patient’s condition was stable,satisfaction with emergency nursing service was evaluated between the two groups.Results The triage,diagnosis,surgical preparation and observation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the satisfaction of emergency nursing service was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nurse-patient communication skills by nurses of emergency room during emergency treatment of gynecological acute abdomen patients is conducive to more accurate understanding of the patient’s condition,shortens the time spent in all aspects of emergency treatment,and improves the patient’s satisfaction.It is worthy of application and promotion.
