摘要
伴随网络电商的蓬勃发展,“刷单”一词逐渐走进人们的视野并为人所熟知。随之而来的,以“兼职刷单”为名实施的网络诈骗也不断变化增长,衍生出骗取货款、骗取货物、骗取相关费用三种类型。由于此类犯罪对犯罪主体要求不高,公众防范意识也有所不足,案件侦办仍存在一定难点,使其呈现出高发多发态势。针对兼职刷单类网络诈骗犯罪的治理,可以从优化反诈宣传、完善侦查协作以及加强警企合作三个方面展开。
Along with the booming development of online e-commerce,the term "brush order" has gradually come into people’s view and become familiar.Following it,the network fraud in the name of "part-time brushing order" is also changing growth,derived from fraudulent payment,fraudulent goods,fraudulent related costs three types.As such crimes do not require a high crime subject,the public awareness of prevention is also lacking,there are still certain difficulties in the investigation of cases,so that it presents a high incidence of the situation.For the governance of part-time brushing order network fraud crime,can be optimized from anti-fraud publicity,improve the investigation of collaboration and strengthen the cooperation of police and enterprises in three aspects.
