摘要
利用专业转子动力学分析软件对燃机单转子动力系统进行分析。根据转子系统各部件的尺寸参数、材料参数以及轴承参数,建立单转子系统的三维实体模型,并进行有限元计算分析,得到转子系统的坎贝尔图、临界转速及振型。基于该模型进行单转子系统轴系标高的计算,得到需要调整的轴系轴承支座的初始位移参数,为实际调整提供依据。
The rotor dynamics of gas turbine single rotor is analyzed by Madyn 2000,a large professional rotor dynamics analysis software.According to the dimensional parameters,material parameters and bearing parameters of each component of the single rotor system,the three-dimensional solid model of the single rotor system is established in this paper,and the finite element analysis is carried out,and the rotor system of Campbell diagram,critical speed and vibration mode.Based on the model,the shafting elevation of the single rotor system is calculated,and the initial displacement parameters of the shafting bearing bearings that need to be adjusted are obtained,which provides a basis for the actual adjustment.
