摘要
基于过程决策程序图法(PDPC)完成某精密电机定子的工艺流程设计,继而对其铁芯叠装、绕组装配、定子浸渍相关工艺技术进行研究。通过分析、实践及对比,各项工艺技术均可实现定子生产,最终确定的最优工艺方法具有低成本、高效率的特点,满足其批产需求。
After completing the technological process design of a certain type of stator based on process decision program chart(PDPC),the related technological technologies of iron core stacking,winding assembly and stator impregnation were studied.Through analysis,practice and comparison,the stator production can be realized by all kinds of technology,and the final optimal process method has the characteristics of low cost and high efficiency,to meet the needs of batch production.
