摘要 冠状动脉微循环功能障碍在梗阻和/或非梗阻性冠状动脉疾病以及心力衰竭的发病过程中起重要作用,且与长期的不良心血管事件密切相关。此外,在肥厚型心肌病、应激性心肌病和糖尿病心脏病等心血管疾病中,亦可发现冠状动脉微循环功能障碍存在。因此,冠状动脉微血管的功能评估十分重要,其有助于对患者进行风险分层。目前,评估冠状动脉微循环的侵入性及非侵入性技术众多,新的检测技术也不断出现。相比非侵入性技术,侵入性检测方法可提供更加及时和准确的信息。 Coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMD)plays an important role in the pathogenesis of obstructive and/or non-obstructive coronary artery disease and heart failure,and is closely related to long-term adverse cardiovascular events.In addition,CMD can also be found in cardiovascular diseases such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,stress cardiomyopathy and diabetic cardiopathy.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the function of coronary microvessels,which is helpful for risk stratification of patients.At present,there are many invasive and non-invasive techniques for assessing coronary microcirculation,and new detection techniques are constantly emerging.Compared with non-invasive technology,invasive detection methods can provide more timely and accurate information.
