摘要
基于我国726个气象站1961~2016年逐日风速和日照时数,利用气候学计算方法估算风能密度和太阳辐射量,采用标准差计算单类资源的量维波动,进而以风、光互补前后波动的变化率作为互补指标,分析我国范围内风能、光能年内日尺度波动互补特征表明:从空间上看,东北、华北、华东、西北中部和沿海区域的风光互补效果较好,四川盆地、云贵高原、横断山区互补效果较差;从时间上看,从1961~2016年风光互补效果整体呈下降趋势,位于沿海地区站点的互补效果呈显著下降趋势,位于内陆地区站点的互补效果具有上升趋势,可为风光能源互补开发利用提供参考。
Based on the daily wind speed and sunshine duration data of 726 meteorological stations in China from 1960 to 2016,the wind power density and solar radiation are estimated with the climatological calculation method,and the quantitative dimension fluctuation of single resource is calculated by standard deviation.Then,the intra-annual diurnal-scale fluctuation complementary characteristics of wind-solar resources in China are analyzed by taking the variation rate of the wind and solar resources fluctuations before and after complementation as the complementation index.The results show that from the spatial perspective,the wind-solar complementary effect is good in northeast China,north China,east China,the central part of northwest China and the coastal area of south China,while it is rather poor in Sichuan Basin,Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and Hengduan Mountain area.From the temporal perspective,the wind-solar complementary effect shows a generally decreasing trend from 1961 to 2016.The complementary effect of stations located in the coastal area shows a significantly decreasing trend,while that of stations located in the inland area shows an increasing trend.The results can provide useful reference for the complementary development and utilization of the wind and solar energy resources.
