摘要
在实验中发现,用连续流动的方法测高锰酸盐指数,加入不同量的KMnO4溶液,会对方法检出限和空白值有一定的影响,加入的越多,测得空白值就越高,加入的少,则反之。在H2SO4(2%)溶液中,确定了最佳KMnO4溶液的加入量为7mL。测定结果表明,该方法的标准工作曲线线性相关系数为0.9997,检出限为0.19mg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差为0.9%~2.5%,加标回收率为91.0%~105%。该方法与国标酸性高锰酸钾法对比测定结果相近,该方法操作快速、简便、适用于大批量环境水样的分析。
In the experiment,it is found that the continuous flow method is used to measure the permanganate index,and the addition of different amounts of potassium permanganate solution will affect the detection limit and blank value of the method.The more added,the higher the measured blank value,on the contrary,adding less,and vice versa.In H2SO4(2%)solution,the optimum amount of potassium permanganate solution was determined to be 7mL.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve of the method was 0.9997,the detection limit was 0.19mg·L^(-1),the relative standard deviation was 0.9%~2.5%,and the recoveries were 91.0%~105%.The results of this method are similar to those of the national standard acid potassium permanganate method.The method is quick,simple and suitable for the analysis of large quantities of environmental water samples.
