摘要
山地城市网红景点游客量大,一旦发生地震极易引发较大的人员伤亡和财产损失,摸清景点地震应急能力非常重要。以网红景点重庆洪崖洞作为研究对象,以景点周围10 km作为研究区域,选取区域内地形起伏度、应急避难场所、派出所、医院、消防队、危险源等6个基本因子和统计人口密度、热力人口密度2个对比因子,综合运用GIS的网络分析、缓冲区分析、重分类、加权叠加等空间分析技术和层次分析法,定量分析评价研究区域的地震应急能力。结果显示:洪崖洞周边的地震应急能力基本处于中等水平,高分段地震应急能力区域未见分布;以人口密度为变量计算得到的两版地震应急能力,不论是空间分布还是面积比例上,区别都比较大,而热力人口密度版的地震应急能力水平更符合实际情况;受道路支撑的影响,地形起伏度严重影响区域地震应急能力。评价结果不但以表格形式量化地震应急能力,更以专题图的形式展示景点的地震应急能力空间分布情况,同时直观展现网红景点的地震应急能力因网红游客量而引起的变化。
There are a large number of tourists of the popular scenic spots online in mountainous cities.Once an earthquake occurs,it is easy to cause large casualties and property losses.So,finding out the earthquake emergency response capability of this kind of areas is very important.Taking the popular scenic spot Hongyadong as the research object and a radius of 10 km from the scenic spot as the research area,selecting six basic factors such as relief amplitude,emergency shelter,police station,hospital,fire brigade and risk source in the area as well as two contrast factors such as statistical population density and thermal population density,using GIS network analysis,buffer zone analysis,reclassification,weighted stacking and other spatial analysis techniques and analytic hierarchy process,we quantitatively evaluate the earthquake emergency response capability of the research area.The results show that the earthquake emergency response capacity of the area around Hongyadong is basically at medium level,and areas with high earthquake emergency response capacity are not distributed there.The difference between the two earthquake emergency response capabilities calculated from population density is large.Whether in spatial distribution or area proportion,the level of earthquake emergency response capability based on thermal population density version is more pratical.Influenced by road support,the relief amplitude significantly affected the regional earthquake emergency response capability.The assessment results not only quantify the earthquake emergency response capability using tables,but also show the spatial distribution of the earthquake emergency response capability of the scenic spot using thematic maps,and at the same time,visually show the changes caused by the increase of visitors.The research conclusion can provide a powerful reference for reconstruction of new infrastructure around Hongyadong and improvement of earthquake emergency response capability.
