摘要
“互联网+”时代的到来,已成为经济发展的重要新增长点。近年来,各地落实《农业农村部关于加快推进品牌强农的意见》,开展了一系列丰富多彩的电商品牌扶持活动,推动了农业供给侧结构性改革,为乡村振兴注入了新的动力。然而,农村电商品牌在支持乡村振兴方面仍然存在一些问题,例如农村电商人才培养体系不完善,导致农村电商方面人才匮乏。贫困村冷链物流配送、冷链仓储技术相对滞后,导致物流配送体系不完善。小规模、分散的生产经营模式,产品来源不一,标准不高,导致农村电商品牌缺乏竞争力等。本文讨论了中阳县农村电子商务发展中存在的一些主要问题,并提出了建立有效市场、创造良好商业环境和实现市场多元化等所必须采取的措施。
The arrival of the“Internet plus”era has become an important new growth point for economic development.In recent years,various localities have implemented the Opinions of the Ministry of Agriculture on Accelerating the Promotion of Brand Strengthening Agriculture,carried out a series of colorful e-commerce brand support activities,promoted agricultural supply-side structural reform,and injected new impetus into rural revitalization.However,rural e-commerce brands still have some problems in supporting rural revitalization.For example,the rural e-commerce talent training system is not perfect,resulting in a shortage of rural e-commerce talents.The poor villages'cold-chain logistics distribution and cold-chain storage technology are relatively backward,resulting in the imperfect logistics distribution system.Small-scale and decentralized production and operation mode,different product sources and low standards lead to the lack of competitiveness of rural e-commerce brands.This paper discusses some main problems in the development of rural e-commerce in Zhongyang County,and puts forward some measures that must be taken to establish an effective market,create a good business environment and realize market diversification.
