摘要
研究了V含量对AlCoCrFeNi_(2)V_(x)高熵合金微观组织、力学性能及耐蚀性能的影响。结果发现,该系列合金不仅具有典型的双相结构,还具有优良的力学性能和耐蚀性结合。特别是AlCoCrFeNi_(2)V_(0.2)合金,其压缩率为42.9%,屈服强度为818.8 MPa,腐蚀电流密度为3.97×10^(-7)A/cm^(2),表现出了优异的强度、塑性和耐蚀性的结合。
Effects of V content on the microstructures, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of AlCoCrFeNi_(2)V_(x)high-entropy alloys were investigated. The results indicate that the series of alloys exhibit a typical dual-phase structure and an excellent combination of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. In particular, the AlCoCrFeNi_(2)V_(0.2)alloy possesses a compressibility of 42.9%, a yield strength of 818.8 MPa, and a corrosion current density of 3.97×10^(-7)A/cm^(2), presenting an excellent combination of strength, plasticity and corrosion resistance.
