摘要
日益严苛国内外环境规制使得企业独立绿色转型的成本上升,因此合作转型成为企业绿色转型的重要选择。本文运用演化博弈的方法基于微观视角对纺织印染企业绿色转型过程中选择独立还是合作的内部动力机制的影响因素进行研究,并用Matlab软件对两家纺织印染企业进行仿真模拟。研究表明:企业较低的风险系数、较高的信任度、知识互补程度、努力程度及较高的违约金能促进企业进行合作绿色转型;反之,企业更倾向于独立绿色转型,并在长期来看保持稳定状态。本文利用演化博弈的方法为企业选择绿色转型提供了一个新思路,并对纺织印染企业绿色转型提出了相关建议。
The necessity of green transformation for Chinese manufacturing businesses was stressed again with the adoption of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Industrial Green Development.Enterprises are a high priority in green transformation and are the subject of the most difficulties in green transformation.As a typical representative of the traditional manufacturing industry,the green transformation of textile printing and dyeing enterprises is significant and urgent.Due to the high costs of transformation brought on by environmental pressures,the establishment of textile industry clusters and textile eco-industrial parks has geographically facilitated the cooperation between printing and dyeing enterprises and industry cluster members,enhanced green synergistic innovation within the clusters,and achieved green transformation,but the internal dynamic mechanism for enterprises to cooperate and transform is still lacking.Therefore,more in-depth research should be done on the factors affecting both business cooperation and competition.In order to study the internal dynamics of the decision between independence and cooperation in the process of green transformation of textile printing and dyeing enterprises from a micro perspective,this paper uses the evolutionary game and Matlab software to simulate two textile printing and dyeing enterprises.The study shows that the outcome of the evolutionary game is influenced by the initial cooperative transformation intention of the green transformation of the printing and dyeing enterprises,and the higher the cooperative intention,the more it can reduce the rapid achievement of a stable cooperative state.Additionally,whether the dyeing enterprises decide to increase their“internal strength”and transform independently or seek“external assistance”to cooperate in the green transformation process depends on the willingness of the two dyeing enterprises to cooperate in the process,the risk factor,the degree of complementary knowledge,the trust,the effort,the default,and the government incentives.Higher levels of knowledge complementarity,trust,and cooperation between firms,as well as high levels of government incentives and default,can increase synergies and lower the risk of a green transformation,enabling businesses to work together.Conversely,businesses with higher risk factors are more likely to go through a green transformation on their own.This is demonstrated as follows:(i)the complementary knowledge of printing and dyeing enterprises can achieve inter-enterprise cooperation more effectively;enterprises with a higher degree of complementarity can more effectively obtain resources and knowledge in each other’s enterprises that are beneficial to them and expand the synergy effect of knowledge,such as the cooperation between light-colored dyeing factories and dark-colored dyeing factories.(ii)The level of effort of the printing and dyeing enterprises in the cooperation can effectively maintain the stability of the cooperation.(iii)A higher level of trust between printing and dyeing enterprises can facilitate the transformation of cooperation,but the conclusion of cooperation contracts requires a higher level of trust between enterprises.(iv)Higher liquidated damages can effectively reduce the probability of enterprises choosing opportunism in cooperation,which is conducive to maintaining the stability of cooperation.(v)Printing and dyeing enterprises with a higher risk factor are more inclined to carry out green transformation independently,while those with a lower risk factor are more inclined to cooperate with other enterprises to reduce the risk cost of green transformation.(vi)The government’s incentive policy can effectively compensate for the weak willingness and hesitant mentality of printing and dyeing enterprises to initially cooperate in green transformation and promote cooperation among enterprises.To sum up,this paper focuses on the internal factors of corporate green transformation and explores the dynamics of whether companies transform independently or cooperatively.From the perspective of“enterprise cooperation”and using the method of evolutionary game,we analyze the variables influencing the independent or cooperative transformation of enterprises,their stability,and trends in repeated games based on the theoretical assumption of limited rationality,so as to provide reference and useful suggestions for the mechanism design of green transformation of enterprises.
