本文在明确餐饮企业食品安全监管重要性的基础上,重点对食品安全监管常见问题与解决对策进行了分析,旨在确保餐饮企业的食品安全。
Based on the importance of food safety supervision in catering enterprises, this paper focuses on the analysis of common problems and solutions of food safety supervision, in order to ensure the safety of food in catering enterprises.
