摘要
改进了流动注射分析法测定地表水中阴离子表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠)的方法,并对其中吸附剂、吸附剂浓度、反应环境p H值和反应时间等实验条件进行优化研究。研究结果显示,当吸附剂为Co-5-Cl-PADAP、浓度为1.0×10^(-5)mol/L、反应p H值6和反应时间20min时,测得吸光度较稳定。该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度。方法标线方程为y=0.95×10^(-1)x+2.61×10^(-5),相关系数r=0.9996,方法检出限0.0013mg/L。标准偏差RSD 1.25%~3.80%之间,该方法优于国标的亚甲基蓝法分光光度法(GB7494-87)。实样测试中,加标回收率范围98.2%~103.5%。该方法可以良好地应用于地表水的十二烷基硫酸钠中,具有一定的推广应用价值。
The flow injection analysis method for the determination of anionic surfactant(sodium dodecyl sulfate)in surface water was improved,and the experimental conditions such as adsorbent,adsorbent concentration,p H value of reaction environment and reaction time were optimized.The results showed that when the adsorbent was CO-5-Cl-padap and the concentration was 1.0×10^(-5)mol/L,reaction p H 6 and reaction time 20 min,the measured absorbance was stable.This method has good accuracy and precision.Method the marking equation is y=0.95×10^(-1)x+2.61×10^(-5),correlation r=0.9996,method detection limit 0.0013 mg/L.The standard deviation RSD is 1.25%~3.80%,which is better than the methylene blue spectrophotometry.In the real sample test,the recovery rate of spiked standard was 98.2%~103.5%.This method can be well applied to sodium dodecyl sulfate in surface water,and has a certain value of popularization and application.
