摘要
稀土在钢中的作用日渐引起科研人员的重视,国内外最近几十年内积极开展了稀土对钢材改性方面的研究。综述了近年来国内外采用稀土处理钢的研究成果和进展,介绍了稀土在钢中的作用机理。在钢液中添加稀土元素具有净化、改性夹杂物、微合金化和细化晶粒等方面的效果,在此基础上介绍了稀土元素对钢材性能的影响,包括韧性、耐热性、耐腐蚀、耐磨性和抗疲劳性等。最后在总结现有研究成果的基础上,对稀土在钢中工业化生产现状以及面临的问题进行了探讨,对稀土钢品种的开发以及工业化生产进行了展望。
The function of rare earths in steel has attracted more and more attention of researchers day by day.In recent decades,research on the modification of steel by rare earth has been actively carried out at home and abroad.The research achievements and progress of the use of rare earths in steel treatment at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed,and the function mechanism of rare earth in steel is introduced.Adding rare earth elements in molten steel has the effects of purifying,modifying inclusions,microalloying and refining grains.On this basis,the effects of rare earth elements on steel properties,including toughness,heat resistance,corrosion resistance,wear resistance and fatigue resistance,are introduced.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the existing research results,the current status of industrial production of rare earths in steel and the problems faced are discussed,and the development and industrial production of rare earth steel varieties are prospected.
