摘要
以高校师生为调研对象,采用问卷星网络问卷和访谈调查的方式,对图书馆读者服务类型、阅读主题、地点喜好、阅读图书的来源渠道和影响阅读的主要因素等方面进行调研,同时对调查的结果进行可视化数据统计和分析,总结特点和不足,提出了高校图书馆要基于用户需求为导向,以创新服务为目的,提升图书馆个性化、深层次、多角度的服务创新策略。
Taking college teachers and students as the research objects, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire star network questionnaire and interview survey to investigate the library reader service type, reading theme, place preference, source channel of reading books, and main factors affecting reading. At the same time, it makes visual data statistics and analysis of the survey results, summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings, and proposes that college libraries should be guided by user demand, with innovative service as the purpose, enhance the personalized, deep level and multi angle service innovation strategy of the library.
